Longing for a spare hour to sink into your creativity and get making? Come join us as we work through exercises to move forward creatively. Expect speedy drawing games, quick fire writing fun, and zero pressure on seeking perfection. We encourage you to tap into all areas of your Sassyness by joining us for creative, sensual, and movement focused exercises and explorations. This class will include: - movement - guided meditations + visualisations - writing exercises - vocalisation practice - sketching games - a curated playlist - visual resources - love and joy Class Facilitator: Trained artists and creative practitioner, Bethany Burgoyne, guides others into liberating their creativity. Using skills she learnt while working in schools and community centres, Bethany invites everyone to have fun and play creatively.
